Ramblings of a bored mind

I kind of sort of have writer's block...I'm still working on my fairy-tale story, but it's going pretty slowly. Blah.
So here's a question - since all of my rejection letters thus far have been electronic, I have several options. Do nothing, let them fall toward the bottom of my inbox? Delete them and purge them forever from existence? Print them out and paper my wall with them? Print them out and burn them just for the grim pleasure of it?
I'll probably do nothing.
I've been preparing my query for another handful of specific agents. Here we go again. I've got to stop sitting around being bitter about the ridiculous success of certain other writers. :P I've got a small cadre of people - all friends and family, of course - who have expressed interest in my novel. Maybe I should just self-publish 20 copies for my teeny fan base. Sigh.
Hey, did you know that when people shot arrows back in the day, the command was probably "Loose!" rather than "Fire" because really, what does fire have to do with it? The latter term only came about when firearms were invented.
The girl who suggested a name for the planet Pluto is still alive (well, she's a woman now) and she's indifferent about it losing its planetary status. I personally still consider it a planet, no matter what those hair-splitting astronomers say.
I'm going to put my kids to bed now.

So the new children's books don't always agree and teaching Daniel about the solar system, which he's fascinated by, is a pain. Right now I'm just sticking with the Classic Nine. (My favourite mnemonic after Pluto got demoted: "My Very Educated Mother Just Said, "Uh-oh, No Pluto!")
Good luck with the new batch of agents! And with putting the kids to bed, for that matter :).
