An Announcement

I have decided, after much deliberation, that I am going to give up writing. What's the point of it? I will never equal the matchless prose of Stephanie Meyer, so I might as well take up scrapbooking.


Good grief, it was hard to write that even as joke. April Fool's and all. No, I shall never give up writing, even if I'm never published. They will have to pry the pen/keyboard from my cold dead hands. :D (And by "matchless" I really meant...well, you know.)

Hmm. . . then my entire thesis is also fake because it does not recognize most of the important words in it. ;) But that doesn't justify the appalling wastefulness of "creating memories". It's just not worth all the junk you create, and then have to either store or dispose of!

Yeah, I don't get it either. I mean, it can be shiny and pretty as a display for something like a wedding reception, if that's what you're into, but for every single photograph of everything you do? Pretty soon people are going to start scrapbooking their memories of scrapbooking sessions.
