Number one

First rejection came this morning, though I didn't get around to checking my email until the evening. (Yes, I was deliberately keeping myself away to prolong the period of not feeling rejected). It was a rather lovely form letter, urging the rejectee to keep trying and assume that the agent was wrong for turning down the manuscript. Which I will do, but still. Four more to go...
