Just a touch of cabin fever
Mar. 18th, 2006 10:57 am*grumble* It's bad enough never having a car - while my husband's doing his student teaching, he has to take the car every day, and there's no way I can drive him to school and also be back in time to get my son on the bus for school - but this cold weather means I can't even take my daughter outside for walks. I'm starting to feel just the teensiest bit crushed by the walls of my ever-present house. I'm almost tempted to write poetry about it, which is always a bad sign. Oh, well, the weather has to warm up eventually, and the student teaching's about halfway over. Then, thank heavens, my husband can get his teaching job and we can actually settle somewhere. Maybe even start saving up for a house and second car? Well, we'll take it one step at a time. Would spring please get here, now?
