"See you in hell" does raise a lot of questions about concepts of the afterlife in a galaxy far far away; as is often the case, we can fill in the holes ourselves or just not worry too much about it. It's pretty weird to remember a time when movies like Star Wars were on the line between G and PG. How many movies are ever rated G these days? Even animated films directed at children are generally PG!
I remember being delighted at young Anakin's pointing gesture. I hadn't though the folding arms bit; that's a good parallel too.
