The juxtaposition of final scenes you mention at the conclusion of this piece is effective, although I've also seen it pointed out how Bail Organa makes a small show of frustration at the marshalling of the clone army, foreshadowing his "dawn of rebellion" actions in the next movie. (I am sort of tempted to contrast the Republic's use of clones and Jedi against not just the Rebellion's "ordinary people get involved" but also the alliance that liberates Naboo on either side...) As I believe I've mentioned before too, I can wonder if the uncertainty of the Jedi about Dooku's claims is a matter of supposing a Sith Lord would be using the Dark Side to control the Senate rather than "just" ordinary political skills...
Anyway, that's two movies complete, and at least one more to go. (If you do get to the following trilogy, I can suppose things might shift from "arguing bits of dialogue can indeed be delved into rather than just rejected" to "finding more significance in bits of dialogue than just snappy one-liners.")
