Since I used Lovely Ladies for the podrace sequence, I figured I'd use its reprise for the arena scene, another setting reminiscent of ancient Roman decadence. Turning is slower, sadder, and shorter, which works pretty well for an execution sequence. True, I had to kind of rush to fit it all in, but low-dialogue/high-action sequences don't really need long songs describing every detail of what's happening. That's my excuse, anyway.
THE ARENA

Obi-Wan: Can it be? Why have you come here too?
Anakin: We sent along your message, then we came to rescue you
Obi-Wan: Good job! You have managed the reverse
(Creatures enter)
Anakin: It looks like our predicament has gone from bad to worse
Obi-Wan: Follow me the way we have rehearsed
Anakin: What of Padmé?
Obi-Wan: She can hold her own
She seems to be on top of things, and she won’t be alone
Use the Force and let it be your guide
Padmé: There’s no need to fear as long as we are side by side
We will find the hope we’ve been denied!
Nute: She can’t do that! Can’t you shoot her now?
Dooku: Patience, she will die in time. Of that you have my vow
Anakin: (Calming the reek) Easy, beast, it’s better not to fight
Obi-Wan: (Confronting the acklay) Watch your step; beware, this monster’s got a nasty bite
All three: Now we’re cornered, circled round and what an awful sight!
Mace: We have come to end your little game
Dooku: Your arrogance won’t save you, look behind you. What a shame
Battle droids will end this in a trice
For your Jedi pride you will be paying quite a price
Boba: And I see my father sacrificed...
This leads directly into their escape and their chase after Dooku. I noticed the barricade sequence leading up to Javert's return had a great exchange between the National Guardsman and a defiant Enjolras, matching Dooku and Mace's exchange pretty well. So I used that, and it covered things nicely right up to the duel with Dooku.
ATTACK OF THE CLONES

Dooku: All of you Jedi, listen to this!
You have fought bravely, but now it is done
Surrender now
There’s still a chance
That I may spare your lives!
Mace: We will never bow to your demands
Nor be captives in your hand!
All Jedi: We will never bow to your demands

Padmé: Look to the sky
They have come to our aid
And these soldiers they bring
I have not seen before
Could it be there are more?
Yoda: The survivors protect
And into safety bring
Anakin: Dooku’s there, on his own
Padmé: We’ll need more help, I am sure
Obi-Wan: We’ll do it alone
(Padmé and clonetrooper fall)
Anakin: Turn back!
Obi-Wan: We cannot spare a moment now
You’ll be expelled
If you have sense, my young Padawan
You would focus on your duty
Anakin (To Dooku): You will pay for what you’ve done
For all the Jedi you have killed
Obi-Wan: Careful as we meet our foe
Let all your mind be calm and still
Anakin: I can’t bear to wait
Let his blood be spilled!
And then, skipping ahead to ROTJ, I've written a reprise of Light and Dark after the One Day More reprise, so Luke's temptation to the Dark Side can mirror Anakin's. Except he resists and triumphs, hooray, thus leading right in Vader's Soliloquy.
