I recall seeing a comment Mark Hamill had ad-libbed "1138" into the entry into the cell bay, which annoyed George Lucas but who left it in (the scene also includes "2187," the name of a short experimental film Lucas took interest in back in film school.) When I tried going back to my big "The Making of Star Wars" book, though, I couldn't find the comment there straight off...
I also got to thinking my impressions "Han Solo presented as the swaggering titan of Star Wars just doesn't impress me" could take into account Han not always being invincible with one-liners in the movies themselves, and I believe I've seen others point that out a time or two before (although I did get to wondering if someone might tell me that can be found in select Expanded Universe novels and the Disney Space Movies if I'd only unbend to the point of revisiting them...)
